ELIGIBILITY: Coraline 15 Movie Theater Merch Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”)is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District ofColumbia, 13 years or older. An eligible minor should have a parent’s or legalguardian’s permission to participate. Employees, officers, directors andcontractors of LAIKA, LLC (“Sponsor”), or other companies associated with thenSweepstakes, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, andadvertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families (spouse, parent,child, or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside)or household members of any such individual, whether or not related, are noteligible. Void where prohibited. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal,state and local laws.

Limit one (1) entry per person/Instagram account. Multiple entries from any person will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means will be void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.  

WINNER SELECTION/NOTIFICATION: Two (2) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about September 5, 2024 from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be contacted by private message onInstagram from @laikastudios and will be required to respond to initial notification within 72 hours. Potential winners (and, if an eligible minor, their parent or legal guardian) may be required to execute and return aDeclaration of Eligibility, Liability and, unless prohibited, PublicityRelease. If a potential winner does not respond to the initial notification within the time period stated, does not return all required documentation within the time period stated, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited, and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner selected. Only 2 alternate winners will be selected for the prize, after which the prize will remain unawarded. If a winner is at least 18 but still considered a minor under the laws of his/her state of residence, prize may be awarded in name of his/her parent/legal guardian who must comply with all requirements imposed on winners set forth herein. 

PRIZE (2): One (1) Coraline 15th Anniversary Popcorn Bucket and Soda Cup (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $20).  Total ARV of all prizes: $40. All federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are winner’s responsibility. No transfer, cash equivalent or substitution of prize, except bySponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per person. 

PUBLICITY GRANT: Winner (and, if an eligible minor, his/her parent or legal guardian), by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), user name, photograph (including profile photo),voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes, in any manner, without further compensation, in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval. 

GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering, entrants (and, if eligible minors, their parents or legal guardians) agree to (i) be bound by theseOfficial Rules and decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters; and (ii) release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, service agencies, independent contractors, advertising and promotion agencies, web hosting and service and fulfillment providers, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (the “ReleasedParties”) from and against any and all claims or liability that may arise, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in connection with their participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of the prize awarded. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled comments, emails, notifications, mail or entries; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corruptor impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries. If terminated, Sponsor may, at its discretion, select the potential winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by theInternet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses.
